We often hear about celebrities becoming
parents and that’s always a big deal. When someone becomes a mother or a father
we rejoice for them and congratulate them. But we don’t hear that much about
celebrities becoming grandparents. We can only assume that the reason behind it
is that it makes those celebrities sound old. But that’s ridiculous, so today
we thought we’d share with you some pictures of celebrity grandpas. We bet you
didn’t even know that some of these celebs had grandchildren.
1. Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford will always be Han Solo and
Indiana Jones in our hearts. But in reality, he’s got grey hair, a lot more
years behind him and 4 grandchildren. But imagine how cool it is to have Han
Solo or Indiana Jones as your grandpa.
2. Pierce Brosnan
Pierce Brosnan has three grandchildren. And
look how cute he looks with a baby in his arms. What a lovely grandpa. Do you
think his grandchildren even realise how incredible it is that their grandpa
was James Bond for a while?
3. Jim Carrey
It’s kind of weird thinking of Jim Carrey as a
grandpa, but on the other hand – he was made for this role. I mean who wouldn’t
want a comedian grandpa to goof around with. That boy is so lucky.
4. Tom Hanks
Tom Hanks has three grandchildren and he loves
them to bits. He says when they’re around he doesn’t need any other entertainment.
But he also joked that the grandchildren probably don’t feel the same, they
just put up with him. He’s also quite cautious about keeping their privacy so
he doesn’t post pictures of them on his social media.
5. Steven Seagal
Steven Seagal looks like he’s fully embraced
his role as a grandpa. He just fits right in. Those grandchildren probably know
how to push his buttons to get him to do exactly what they want.
6. Kevin Costner
The only thing that comes to mind when you see
this picture is that these kids are gonna have an amazing time with Kevin
Costner. They look like they’ll go on a hike, ride some scooters, sleep in a
tent and be on their merry way to becoming real men.
7. Mick Jagger
Mick Jagger has a lot of kids, but he also now
has a lot of grandchildren. And we’re pretty sure the ones that are older are
over the moon that their grandpa is Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones. And the
ones who are too small to realise it will get there soon.
8. Charlie Sheen
Charlie Sheen was pretty ecstatic about
becoming a grandparent. He announced about having a granddaughter on Twitter by
welcoming Luna into his world. But then again, Charlie Sheen seems to be always
excited. He’s one crazy grandpa.
9. Cee-Lo Green
It’s hard to believe that Cee Lo Green is a grandpa.
He’s only 43. But his stepdaughter had a baby when she was only 20, so he was
kind of forced to become a grandpa really early on. He was only 34 when it
happened.
10. Kid Rock
Kid Rock loves hanging out with his
granddaughter. It seems like he’s really into the idea of teaching her all
about Southern things and traditions. He even wants her to call him Paw Paw.
11. Ozzy Osbourne
I’m honestly jealous of Ozzy’s grandchildren.
How lucky are they? The whole Osbourne family is kind of crazy but having Ozzy
as a grandpa must be such a blast. Just look at how much fun he’s having.
12. Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg must be the most chill, most fun grandpa to have around. And Snoop is very fond of spending time with his grandchildren. He often shares snaps of them together on his social media.
